3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
- One account per person — multiple accounts may be terminated.
- You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
- Prices are listed in USD and may change with 30 days' notice.
- Failed payments may result in service suspension after a grace period.
- Extra strategy slots are billed as separate subscriptions at $9/month each.
- All fees are exclusive of taxes, which are your responsibility.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Your VPS and all data are permanently deleted 7 days after the subscription ends, or sooner upon request.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
- Service credits may be issued at our discretion for infrastructure outages caused by FreqEdge.
6. Acceptable Use
- You may only use FreqEdge for lawful algorithmic trading activities.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' VPS instances or data.
- You must not use the service for market manipulation, wash trading, or other prohibited trading practices.
- You are solely responsible for complying with your local laws regarding automated trading, tax reporting, and exchange regulations.
7. Intellectual Property
Your trading strategies, configuration files, and data remain your intellectual property. FreqEdge does not claim ownership of any content you upload or generate on the platform.
The FreqEdge brand, interface, and proprietary software are owned by FreqEdge and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
FreqEdge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free service.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of exchange APIs or market data.
- We do not guarantee any trading outcome or financial return.
- Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your investment.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreqEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to FreqEdge in the 12 months preceding the claim.
